The lists of applications for industrial gases - Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Helium, Methane, Neon, Krypton, Xenon, Carbon Dioxide and Hydrogen in our everyday lives is almost endless.

This large market is dominated by multinationals such as Air Liquide, Air Products and Linde/BOC. Every company in this market is working in critical service areas and valves required must conform to precise and exacting specifications.

What we supply
Valves designed for cryogenic usage are usually made from stainless steel or Monel. For air separation units we supply valves (gate, globe or ball) with extended stems designed to handle temperatures down to -196 degrees Centigrade. The size range is up to the 24 inch.
Other valves, in cryogenic oxygen usage, are made in solid Monel. Most of these valves have PTFE inserts. These valves are also degreased and are checked under ultra violet light to ensure the removal of all potentially hazardous contaminants on the product before they are sealed in polythene bags
Our large diameter gate and globe, carbon steel valves, with ratings from ASME 600 to 1500, are commonly used in hydrogen plants, where demand for these valves is high. We keep these valves in stock with X-ray quality butt weld ends.
